Roy Steve Egeland American

Roy Steve Egeland lives and creates art in Missoula, Montana.  Working as an engineer for the National Science Foundation in Antarctica for sixteen years, Egeland jokes that the lack of stimuli caused his peers to "either become alcoholics, or artists."  During his time, he melded together his skills manipulating material with a keen aesthetic eye, creating several large scale fauna inspired works, including a whale that continues to be attended to by NSF staff to this day.  Egeland is the only artist Relic represents directly.
